The area development will give Vuosaari centre a finishing touch with new city squares and services just next to the metro station. The design improves pedestrian routes from Aurinkolahti channel and connects metro line’s both sides together.

The blocks are modified city blocks with green courtyards bordered by tall buildings letting light to the yards and giving sea views from the upper floors at the same time. The ground floors house various functions and one of the blocks is designed specially as multi-functional service centre.
