The site plan enables the construction of a logistics center energy production, fuel distribution serving operations and an area that serves logistics needs in a long term. The project aims for a sustainable and low-emission logistics center for the future.

The plan connects a business area to the southern existing one and to the adjacent municipality centre. The existing outdoor routes will be upgraded and green corridors are connected to the wider recreational network.
