City of Hyvinkää arranged a competition to realise new housing just next to the centre centre. B&M won a area for five apartment houses with Avara and KHR joined later in team. City acquired part of area for their own use after the competition. Buildings consist of flexible plan idea which glased balcony parts give distinctive volumetric character.
